After subscribing, you will receive a personalised welcome email within 24 hours, and access to our client portal. Once you have access, you can start submitting design and development requests straight away.

That's a fair question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time lead designer in the UK now exceeds £80,000, plus benefits. That means a subscription to Designbase represents at least a 70% saving on an equivalent in-house resource. Aside from that, you probably won't always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilise. With our service, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying for work when you need it.

Depending on the nature of the work you require, using a freelance platform might work just fine. It is important to note, however, that with lower prices often comes with a lower quality of work, less experienced professionals, or a less efficient service. When utilising freelancing platforms, it is common to have tight restrictions on the scope of works, the number of requests you can submit, and the number of revisions you can ask for. Designbase provides access to high-quality, experienced designers and unlimited requests /revisions across all subscription plans, and super fast delivery of work. This ensures you get the best possible service, and the exact outcome you want, everytime.

Once subscribed, you can submit as many  requests as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

We understand you may not always have enough work to fill up the entire month. Perhaps you only have a couple of design requests for now. That's why we offer all partners the option to pause their subscription anytime. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period, so let's say you sign up and use the service for 14 days before deciding to pause your subscription. This means that your billing will be paused, and you'll have 17 days of service 'credit' remaining, to be used whenever you'd like.

Designbase is super flexible when it comes to requesting work. The most popular way is via our client dashboard, but other ways include directly via email, sharing existing wireframes or concepts via Figma, or even sharing a simple audio/video recording explaining what you need via WhatsApp.
